What is the Camp Fimfo Campout Concert Series?

Camp Fimfo Campout Concert Series is a 2-day concert celebrating music, friends, family, and the Great Outside. Camp Fimfo Campout Series is located at Camp Fimfo Waco in Waco, Texas.

For the best weekend experience, we recommend staying with us Thursday through Sunday. We will have added programming Thursday night including live music from local artists and food and drink specials.

Directions to Camp Fimfo Waco

Use address 1000 Chickadee Lane, Waco, TX 76708 or search for “Camp Fimfo Waco” on Google Maps. Camp Fimfo Waco is located off of Lake Shore Drive, across the street from McLennan Community College.

Do you have lodging partners?

There's no need! Camp Fimfo Waco has cabins, RV sites, and tents sites available for the concert series on property. To book an accommodation AND tickets to the Camp Fimfo Campout Series, click on "Campout Package" to begin booking.

What is included in the "Campout Package"?

The "Campout Package" includes the cost of tickets in the booking price.

Magnolia Cabins (Riverside included) include up to 2 weekend passes
Mammoth Cabins (Riverside included) include up to 4 weekend passes
Riverside Firewheel Cabins include up to 4 weekend passes
Bosque Cabins include up to 2 weekend passes
All RV sites include up to 2 weekend passes
Tent sites include up to 2 weekend passes

Additional tickets will be added during checkout based on number of guests. You will receive the number of tickets as specified by the occupancy on the reservation.

VIP ticket upgrades are available at check-out.

Early arrival check-ins are welcome starting at 11am on Friday.

What is included in the "Ticket-only" purchases?

Ticket-only purchases provide access to the festival area only. Ticket-only holders will NOT have access to Camp Fimfo Waco's amenities including the pool, swim-up bar, water playground, mini-golf, and more.

Is there transportation or shuttle available?

No, there will not be any shuttles available.

Do you charge for parking?

Limited parking available. General Parking and VIP Parking Passes are available online to purchase.

Parking for two vehicles per site is included in Campout Packages.

Where do I find my ticket for scan-in?

For ticket-only purchases: Your ticket to scan-in was emailed to you simultaneously upon purchasing. You can also find your ticket if you sign in to your TIXR account. Tickets can be printed off to scan-in or you can save them to your Apple Wallet to show upon entry to the Amphitheater.

For Camping Packages: Your wristbands will be provided at check-in for your site. Check-ins can being at 11am on April 26, 2024 (subject to change). Standard check-in times apply for April 25, 2024 arrivals.

Where do I get my barcode scanned on my ticket to receive my wristband?

We will scan your barcode and administer your wristband at the campitheater entrance.

What is the wristband policy?

Wristbands are nontransferable and valid for re-entry. Wristband cannot be removed from the wrist for the duration of the Camp Fimfo Campout Concert Series.

What does non-transferable mean?

Non-transferable means the same person must use a 2-Day ticket both days.

Are pets allowed in the campitheater and camping resort?

Not Allowed: Pets are not allowed in the amphitheater (service dog exception) or at our tent campsites, playgrounds, restrooms or other buildings.

Allowed: RV campers are welcome to bring their pets along for the fun! Camp Fimfo Waco offers a limited number of pet-friendly accommodations.

Select cabins are pet-friendly for a fee, with a 2-pet maximum. Cabin fees: 1 pet – $50, 2 pets – $75. Pet owners are required to bring crates for their pets and are responsible for pet clean-up and noise control. We reserve the right to remove hostile and disruptive pets from the park. Are tickets refundable or can I resell my tickets?

No refunds, the tickets are not resellable. Campout packages are non-refundable.

Is there assigned seating? Can I bring a chair or blanket?

There is no assigned seating, the whole venue is general admission. Yes, there will be designated areas where chairs and blankets are allowed inside the campitheater area.

What is permitted in the campitheater?

Allowed: Blankets & Chairs, Sunglasses, Hats, Non-Aerosol Sunscreens

Bag Policy: All bags will be checked upon entry to the Amphitheater area. Fanny Packs, Wristlet/Clutch, Purses, Small Backpacks, Diaper Bags are permitted. Large backpacks and duffle bags are not permitted.

What is not allowed at the Camp Fimfo Campout Concert Series?

There is no outside food or beverages allowed into the campitheater area.

Items not allowed in the campitheater:

Knives/Weapons, Bota Bag, Laser Pointers, Glow Sticks, Fireworks, Balloons, Balls, Inflatables, Bicycles, Skateboards, Scooters, Wagons, Umbrellas, Water guns, Spray Bottles, Water Balloons, Coolers or Outside Food and Beverages, Pets (service dog exception), Chains, Drugs; Drug Paraphernalia; Illegal substances, Fireworks/Explosives, Audio Recording Devices/Video cameras, Professional Cameras with zoom lens.

Any item deemed unsafe by venue management.

Where is Will Call?

Will Call will be located near the Amphitheater Entrance Area.

What happens if there is inclement weather or if there are changes or cancellations to the show lineup?

Camp Fimfo Campout Concert Series is rain or shine. There will be no refund for changes or cancellations to the show lineup.

Are children allowed? Do children need tickets?

Yes, the Camp Fimfo Campout Concert Series is a family event. Children 10 years old and younger are free. Children 11 years and older will need a ticket to attend.

I already have a reservation at Camp Fimfo Waco over the Campout Concert weekend. Do I need to buy tickets?

Yes. Any guests who made reservations before February 26, 2024, that takes place over April 26-27, 2024 will need to purchase tickets to attend and enter the Campout Concert festival grounds.

What are the Camp Fimfo Campout Concert Series purchase terms & conditions?

All acts have confirmed their appearance at the Camp Fimfo Campout Concert Series, all acts are subject to change without notice. In the event of weather related cancellation refunds are not available and all sales are final. No Refund, All Sales Final.

Please note, once a ticket is scanned in it cannot be scanned in again. We will honor the first scanned ticket in the gate. In the event you print multiple copies, and sell them we will press charges to the fullest extent of the law. If your ticket has already been honored, any copies duplicated will not be honored.

Change or Cancellation: Acts are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. All acts advertised have confirmed their appearance at the Camp Fimfo Campout Concert Series; however, acts are subject to change without notice. There will be no refunds or exchanges resulting from the failure of any act to appear at the festival. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - CAMP FIMFO CAMPOUT CONCERT SERIES is rain or shine, in the event of inclement weather, safety to patrons, staff and artists are priority. If weather damages gear, staging or electric equipment and artists cannot perform safely, the show can be canceled until it has been corrected. In the event we do lose a set or show due to poor weather, refunds won't be given and there will be no rescheduled date.

Limitation of Liability: You voluntarily assume all risk and danger incidental to the event for which the ticker is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and you waive any claims for personal injury of death against Northgate Live. management, facility, artist, participants, and all of their respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees on behalf of yourself any accompanying minor. You bear all risks of inclement weather, Event date and time are subject to change.

Ejection and Cancellation: The Camp Fimfo Campout Concert Series reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fail to comply with any event rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket's face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.

Recording and Transmission: You agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recordings or transmitting, and description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event. You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event. You grant permission to Camp Fimfo Campout Concert Series to use your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or performance) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization form, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.

Alcohol, Illegal Substances and Other Objects: Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, laser pointers, strobe lights, irritants (e.g., artificial noisemakers), bundles and containers of any kind are prohibited.

Not Allowed in Venue:

Unlawful Re-Sale of Tickets: Unlawful resale (or attempted resale), counterfeit or copy of tickets is ground for seizure and cancellation without compensation. In addition, Country Fest / Project Live, INC reserves the right to restrict or deny tickets purchasing privileges to anyone that Country Fest / Project Live, INC determines to be, or has been, in violation of this policy.
